Refund Policy

Ocademy Global Refund Policy

We believe in the quality of our programs and want all participants to be satisfied, so all eligible courses may be refunded for a period of 30 days after purchase.  

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. In addition, certain restrictions to our refund policy may apply as outlined below.  

While our refund policy is offered to ensure student satisfaction and allow participants to learn risk free, we also have an obligation to protect our third party Mentors from fraud and provide them with a fair and reasonable payment schedule. As payments are sent to Mentors after 30 days, we will not process or approve refund requests received after this refund window.

Additional reasons for denied refunds:

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

  • A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded prior to the refund request.
  • Multiple refunds have been requested by a participant for the same course.
  • Excessive refunds have been requested by a participant.
  • Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Making a refund request

To refund your purchase, please submit your refund request including the reason for the request and any additional feedback by email to [email protected]

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as quickly as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We strive to process eligible and approved refund requests as quickly as possible, however it is customary for there to be some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account on their system.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at [email protected].
